What is the RTDRS?
The Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service is for landlords and tenants needing to resolve any housing issues outside of a court matter. This includes:
- Evictions
- Unpaid rent
- Security deposits
- Repairs
- Other
How do I apply for this?

Where you will find the “RTDRS Request Form”
Additionally, if you are a tenant needing to fill out the form and cannot pay the $75.00 filing fee, you can request the waiver be lifted.
The waiver form can be found in the “Other Forms” section where you will find the “RTDRS Fee Waiver Form”.
