You can access this program to receive financial assistance.
What are the requirements?
To be eligible for this program you must:
- Have an eviction notice, disconnection, or foreclosure in writing
- Be listed on the lease agreement
- Willing to work with the Community Bridge to determine any agreements
- Willing to make a payment plan on your interest-free loan with Community Bridge

Note: this application will be assessed based on the order it was received in the queue.
What happens next?
After you fill out the application, a support worker will reach out to you for further information. Eligibility is based on income. If your current eviction or foreclosure is not approved, you can inquire about other housing resources with Community Bridge and apply for a rental with a one-time interest free loan for deposit or first month’s rent.
